Any concelho in the picker. Each one shows how many developments and units it holds. A small market gets a shorter report, never padded numbers.
Does it cover every new building in the concelho?
It covers Portugal's premium new-build segment, not the whole market, and the method page says so.
Can I order it for a parish?
Not yet. Each report covers one concelho and compares it with the rest of its district.
